• TRI - Form R and Form A are part of the toxic release inventory (TRI) federal reporting requirements in place for companies as established by the EPA.

• That is not a "mystery drum", I know what is in the drum.  Is every drum label as to the contents?  If not, it drum is by definition a "mystery drum" and is considered illegal under multiple laws.
